That is Crazy

Class is soooo early! Remember how in my class we listen to important people talk about the different areas of Disney Parks? Today we heard from the leaders of Food and Beverage. The two people in charge of ALL food for both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure. We were told all about how they develop restaurants from the ground up, normally starting with the theme and story that Walt Disney Imagineering comes up with for the specific location. Based on that they come up with these kind of food they will serve there.

They told us that small things like the size of the cheese on the cheese burgers can effect millions of dollars because of the shear volume they serve. Disney Parks is #43 in food service volume for all restaurant companies in the United States. THAT IS CRAZY! It's also pretty cool how the company works together with Walt Disney World, while still providing different products for each Park.

After class I rode the bus to get my hair cut so I can stay with in the Disney Look. I'll post a picture tomorrow so you can judge it.

Tonight, my roommate Matt and I went to Shakeys Pizza for dinner. Oh how I love pizza.

That's all for now. Night folks.

Jazz Kitchen

Once again I was lazy today. I thought about going to the local SuperCuts to get my hair cut, but after looking at the bus schedule I decided I needed more energy to do that. I'm off on Tuesday, so I'll go then. My hair can't get to long, I have to stay in the Disney Look.

After sitting around for a while some friends who called me were going to the park for an hour or so then to a place called The Jazz Kitchen in Downtown Disney District for "Dueling Pianos."
What the Jazz Kitchen looks like in the day time

I have never been to a dueling piano event so I thought it would be fun. Basically it's two people playing pianos with each other. They take requests from the audience and they played a wide range of music: "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" and "Freebird" to "Poker Face" and "Time Warp." I like watching people with talent like that. It sort of reminded me of when Joseph Brewer can just play/sing anything.
These were the two talented performers
